Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday, after we have received the final payment. Until complete payment is received, the goods shall remain the property of Import39 LLC.

We ship all orders only within U.S. via the shipping service of your choice. During the check out process you will see all shipping services with relative prices available for you to choose from. Please note that shipping during Holiday times can increase delivery time.

We offer Free shipping on coffee products orders over $24.99, not including shipping costs, and also we offer free shipping on all other products orders over $74.99, not including shipping costs. Your order total must be - respectively - over $24.99 or $74.99, before adding shipping costs, to qualify for Free Shipping. Based on actual weight and package dimensions, we will ship with one of the following services: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or Fedex SmartPost.

Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you pay via Paypal. You have the ability to change this address, during the check out, should you need the delivery made to a different address (ex. your office). We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. 

For deliveries outside of the U.S. please contact us before placing your order to arrange delivery and costs. Otherwise, any orders placed will be lost. 

We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received we will arrange with you for these goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition). You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery. We take special care to ensure that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. 

Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will try to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.


You will receive an e-mail with complete tracking information. To track your package, please visit the website of the chosen carrier and enter your tracking number.


Returns

We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us within 14 days of receipt of your package of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will try to resolve any issues promptly and may be willing to fully refund the cost of any goods, excluding delivery charges, that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction. You will be liable for the costs of postage for the goods to be returned to us. We will accept returns of unopened boxes, and will refund your order via your original payment method.

Only upon our consent, you may ship the package to us, or ask us for a shipping label, which you can then print out and attach to your package for the return.  Please note that the cost for the shipping label provided by us for the return will be deducted from your refund.


Drop Ship Policy and Terms

If you're a seller placing orders on www.delicitaly.com using your final customers' address as shipping address, unless you request it specifically, all our orders ship with detailed packing slip in the package.

Such orders are NOT eligible for our return/exchange policy, and all sales are to be considered final.
